Project delivery
One engineer builds the package and a supervisor reviews it before it reaches you. Three rounds of revision are included, gaps in the drawings come back as RFIs, and after you submit we follow up to find out whether you won.

Multifamily is where one mistake multiplies. Miss a fixture type on the typical unit plan and you've missed it two hundred times before anyone notices. So our work there goes beyond counting: we analyze, verify and improve the electrical design itself — unit-by-unit takeoffs, panel schedules, lighting controls, code compliance against the NEC, and the conflicts that only show up when the typical unit meets the real building.

Access to your documents is limited to the engineers assigned to your project, and files stay in the platforms you approve, such as your own Bluebeam or Procore accounts.

We build estimates in professional estimating software such as IntelliBid and deliver them in the format your team uses, typically Excel with the bill of materials, labor units and a scope letter with inclusions and exclusions. Takeoff markups come as Bluebeam Revu files. Project management work runs directly inside your Procore account.

Multifamily is where takeoff errors hurt most, because repetitive unit layouts multiply a single miss, so we verify the design as we estimate it.
